I feel today was the breakthrough that I really needed. I started to really apply the concepts in my guide, and play a bit more conservatively. I feel that my level of play toward the end was very good, mainly due to my mentality. I will finish the overall first draft of it by the end of the week, focusing mainly on the mid-endgame as that is the part that generally gives me the most trouble. Luckily I have found that this section is much simpler that I had thought before and most of the concepts that begin to present themselves in the mid game are the same as those in the end-game.
