Goals for todays session-
Play 8 hours of poker.
Play my A game as often as possible
Work on recognizing triggers of tilt.
Using breathing exercises to help overcome tilt.
Focus solely on poker- no messenger, videos, or surfing while in session.
Not making big moves without information.
Saving timebank for tough decisions.
Learn something.
